While on an investigation although we are all Mediums we also use equipment to collect data 

    Compass- A regular compass can be used to find ghosts.  When a ghost is near, the compass arrow spins around and can't find north.

Video Camera- A video camera that has a special light called night vision can be used to video tape ghosts.  It is also good to video tape the ghost hunt so you have a record of where everyone is and what they were doing

    Movment detector, used in places where there has been reports of objects moving, also baby powder or flour can be used to collect phantoms foot prints.

Two way radios, so we can keep in touch. We are not silly and know never to do an investigation alone and to always be able to contact the others.

   Digital cameras. These are brilliant for collecting pictures of Spirit orbs, also electroplasm from ghosts.

Torches are important to set up equipment in the dark so as not to disturb the atmosphere.

 Tape recorder. This enables us to collect any EVP sounds or Electric Voice Phenomena.

.   An EMF or Electro magnetic field sensor, this is one of the devices you may see on most haunted, everything has an electro magnetic field around them, these are also known as aura's, even ghosts have them, and this is one of the EMF's we use.

  Thermometer. Most places haunted have what is termed as cold spots, a thermometer is of great importance to note the drop in temperature.

These and many more items of equipment are used on an investigation, we are adding to the list regularly. It is important that although we are Mediums we have cold hard evidence scientific evidence so the person whose home or place of buisness  we are in can also see the results.
